How it Works

We provide links to Autonet, Millstream, Equine & Livestock Insurance Co Ltd and Pedalsure. We also provide a number of health related insurances and life assurances either through Gee 7 Wealth Management Limited or other brokers. The rebate arrangements for each company are as detailed below. Our Terms and Conditions contain further important information about the services provided by this site.

Important Information

Autonet Policies

The commission rebate will only be granted by Autonet for a policy taken out by a new policyholder. It does not apply for:

  • the renewal of an existing policy;
  • an additional policy taken out by an existing policyholder; or
  • if you have had an Autonet policy in the past.

Once you have taken out a policy, paid your first premium and the policy has been in force for at least 30 days, we will receive a commission payment at the rates specified. We expect to receive our commission payment within 2 months of the date you take out the policy. We will then refund this commission to you. We will contact you to request payment details. Once we have your payment details we will make payment within 10 working days.

If you cancel the policy within the first 30 days no payment will be made.

If you believe you are due a rebate and have not received this within 3 months of the date you took out the policy, you should contact the My Staff Shop Customer Helpline 03300 242 281 and we will investigate.

We have no liability to make a payment to you until we received the money from Autonet.

Equine & Livestock Policies

If you take out a policy with Equine & Livestock Insurance Co Ltd you will receive your commission rebate by a reduction in your premium.

If you do not think your premium has been reduced by the stated amount then you should contact the My Staff Shop Customer Helpline 03300 242 281 and we will investigate on your behalf.

Pedalsure Policies

If you take our a policy with Pedalsure you will receive your commission rebate by a reduction in your premium.

Millstream Insurance Policies

If you take out a policy with Millstream you will receive your commission rebate by a reduction in your premium.

If you do not think your premium has been reduced by the stated amount then you should contact the My Staff Shop Customer Helpline 03300 242 281 and we will investigate on your behalf.

Gee 7 Wealth Management Limited

If you take out a policy through Gee 7 Wealth Management Limited you will receive any commission rebate by a reduction in premium or as a credit to your My Staff Shop (Love2shop enabled) membership card as indicated.
