General

Access to and use of My Money and My Insurance is only available through My Staff Shop and is subject to the terms and conditions relating to use of My Staff Shop in addition to these terms and any specific terms notified to you with any specific offer made by us.

What we do

You can apply for a number of financial products and services with third party product or service providers via this Website.

My Insurance introduces you to specified insurers for the purpose of enabling you to obtain insurance quotations by providing you with a link to those insurer's websites and/or contact telephone numbers.

My Share and Fund Dealing, My Junior ISA, My ISAs and My Self Invested Personal Pension will transfer you to the website of A J Bell where you are able to carry out various investment transactions through A J Bell.

Where we introduce you to an insurer you will request and receive a quotation directly from the insurer either via their website or by telephone. If you accept the quotation the policy will be arranged directly with the insurer and not through us. Where you are buying through an insurer's website you should read the policy details and their terms and conditions on their website. It is your responsibility to ensure that you understand and agree with those terms and conditions before entering into a contract to obtain that product or service.

We cannot be held responsible if an insurer is not willing to offer you insurance.

It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that you wish to obtain any product or service before doing so. We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage you may suffer or incur in connection with any product or service you obtain after using this Website or for any acts, omissions, errors or defaults of any third party in connection with that product or service.

Where we do act for you, for example in arranging life assurance, private medical insurance, a mortgage or providing financial advice, we will do so on the basis of our usual terms of business and subject to any applicable charges which will be provided to you at the time we accept your instructions to act on your behalf.

Commission Rebates

We may receive a fee and/or commission from these third party product or service providers when you use our service to purchase products or services from or through them. We rebate some, or all, of this commission to you on the terms specified on the offer page relating to the product or service.

Commission rates may be varied by the insurers from time to time in which case the figures quoted on our site may be incorrect. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the correct current rates are displayed on we give no warranty of the accuracy of any information on the site and do not accept liability for any errors or omissions, neither do we accept liability for any resulting damage or loss.

We cannot be held responsible if the insurer fails to apply the advertised discount or report your purchase to us. Insurers have their own rules to determine whether a transaction is genuine.

We reserve the right to reclaim or make balance adjustments accordingly where it has been established that a refund has been given in error.

Where the rebate is offered to you as an allocation of Reward Beans or WOWPoints, or credit to your My Staff Shop (Love2shop enabled) membership card, the Reward Beans or WOWPoints or membership card card credit will be credited to your account within 90 days after your transaction with the third party is completed.

Unsolicited real time financial promotions

We may from time to time contact you to see if we can offer you additional services or products.

Complaints

We maintain an internal complaints procedure. If you should have any cause to complain    about the service we have provided please contact the Managing Director at our registered office. We will deal with your complaint in a fair and objective manner. If following subsequent investigation and response you are still not satisfied you may contact the Financial Ombudsman Service. Full details are contained in our internal complaints procedure, which is available to you on request at any time.

Compensation arrangements

If you make a valid claim against Gee 7 Wealth Management Limited and we are unable to meet our liabilities in full you may be entitled to redress from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Further information about compensation scheme arrangements is available from the FCSC.

Governing law

These Terms and your access to and use of this Website shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.

Each of you and us submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in connection with these Terms and your access to and use of this Website (including any claims or disputes).

This Website is only intended for use by residents of the United Kingdom. We make no warranty or representation that any product or service referred to on this Website and/or any service we provide is available or otherwise appropriate for use outside of the United Kingdom.
